Breast 101

Leaking fluides
It's not unusual for weird-looking stuff to drip from the nipples and may occur in many colors—yellow, green, white, gray, red—and vary from thick and sticky to thin and watery, so don’t have a heart failure if this ever occurred. Non-pregnancy-related discharge can occur either spontaneously or from stimulation (e.g., squeezing or sucking) and is most often the result of a benign papilloma (a non cancerous tumor), an infection, or a drug side effect. If you are on drugs and this discharge is consistent it would be beneficial to seek medication attention. Women with breast implants should be aware that an estimated 20 percent of implants need to be readjusted surgically within the first year, and about 30 percent rupture after a decade (10 years). The more surgeries you have, the more ligament damage is done and the more your breasts will sag. In which your milk ducts might get damaged, which would interfere with nursing. Myth update for women, breasts doesn’t have muscles, so quit trying to tone them, you may be able to perk things up by tightening and defining the muscles surrounds your breasts. During ovulation, estrogen
and progesterone levels are like riding a roller coaster, which leads to headaches, mood changes, food cravings, cramps, and super-sore breasts. To reduce the pain, try taking a mix of nutrients daily during your period to reduce water retention and inflammation: 100 to 200 milligrams of vitamin B6, 200 to 400 IU of vitamin E, and two 500 IU capsules of evening primrose oil. Having asymmetrical breasts is much more common than you might have thought; it's common for a woman to have one boob that's a full cup size bigger than the other one. Breasts are two different organs—just like your kidneys—that separate during development. The average healthy nipple measures about a centimeter in both length and diameter; and the areolae can range from the size of a dime to the size of your palm and tend to darken with age.
KEEP YOUR BREASTS HEALTHY
Being heavy can increase your risk of developing the disease as well as reduce your risk of surviving it, know your body and keep within a health appropriate weight range. Aim to exercise for 25 minutes, 3 to 4 times a week. Regular
fitness may help prevent the disease by boosting immune function, warding off obesity, and lowering levels of estrogen and insulin. Research has shown that two drinks a day could increase breast cancer risk by 21 percent. Instead, try swapping wine for fresh grapes.  Eating you veggies, a low-fat diet can reduce your risk, but for even more protection, add some cruciferous vegetables, such as broccoli and kale, to your plate. They contain sulforaphane, which is believed to help prevent cancer cells from multiplying. For an extra dose of cancer-fighting power, eat them raw.
Nipple Stimulation/Breast Orgasm
A "breast orgasm" the orgasm that is triggered from the stimulation of a woman's breast. Not all women experience this effect when the breasts are stimulated; however, some women claim that the stimulation of the breast area during sexual intercourse and foreplay, or just the simple act of having their breasts fondled, has created mild to intense orgasms. An orgasm is believed to occur in part because of the hormone oxytocin, which is produced in the body during sexual excitement and arousal. It has also been shown that oxytocin is produced when an individual's nipples are stimulated and become erect.
In both men and women the nipples particularly have a large concentration of nerve endings and can be a very erotic point of stimulation.  To learn more about breast stimulation one can experiment with themselves or with a partner.  If working with a partner keep in mind that different people will enjoy different techniques and forcefulness.  The number one rule is to have great communication with you partner so that they feel comfortable in telling you if do something that they don't like or can suggest things such as lighter or harder stimulation. The nipples are particularly important to learn and to explore as some will love this and others can find some nipple stimulation annoying or cause discomfort.  Either way correct breast foreplay can lead to a heightened sexual experience.

gently loving stimulation techniques while others will enjoy things more aggressive such as nibbling, hard sucking or biting.  And  others even enjoy some mechanical nipple stimulation with such tools as nipple clamps, etc.  Always remember that timing and the level of arousal is an all important factor in developing your skills to please your mate.  So keep open communication and continue exploring.  You will never stop learning yourself and your partner.
